Con Ed payments have been outsourced to NCO Financial Systems from about mid 2009. Visa has not allowed NCO Financial Systems to accept payments as NCO financial status is a mess. That is why Con Ed customers cannot pay by Visa.

If you make a phone call, the customer service is located in the Philippines. The website to make Con Ed payments thru NCO is horrible. A clear example of third world outsourced sub standard website that indicates designers who have no clue as to what is online payment .

I will also reluctantly accept your challenge. I'm a photographer because I like to NOT be in photos but I can do this.

Hi Zach -

We're thinking about putting together an issue of the Rhollout to go out and, obviously, want to highlight Doc (esp for those who may not know yet). In pulling down one of his pictures, I came across your posting and wanted to pass along how nice I thought your piece was...Would you have any objections to my including it in the Rhollout (if space allows)?

Thanks for taking the time to pen the post.

The bigger a company gets the more things change. I like backzon.com, simple, and US based LIVE support. All goes to the secure Amazon S3 server too.

Nice observations by the way.

Cheers

Zachary, two things:
1. What you would find more interesting is that even in C++, this program wouldn't necessarily depend on the copy constructor - since you only have primitive types in your struct, any decent compiler would in turn let the built-in structure assignment capability take over, instead of generating a copy constructor. This could be called an optimization I guess, and would be compiler dependent. In fact, I was posting something related on my blog.

2. Your program needs correction.
